Been having a John Barrowman renaissance today instead of being productive.
Here he is singing "I am what I am from" La Cage aux Folles:

EDIT: Singing " I won't send roses." Beautiful and kinda powerful and somehow sexy:

He did a documentary for the BBC about investigating the biological causes of homosexuality, using himself as a test subject.
Here's part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_J5ECYrxRU
It's amazing how in a later part he switches between his American and Scottish accents (he uses the latter with his family, who emigrated when he was 8). The first bit with his partner of 16 years, architect Scott Gill, is adorable. Here it is on its own:

Here's a cute interview with the two of them: "Scott. Scott, c'mere. Scotty. C'mere. C'mere." Awww. Scott is so shy and bashful:

And just when you thought it couldn't get any cuter, it does, because PUPPIES! Here they are introducing new puppy Harris to their two other "boys," Charlie and yes, Captain Jack. Seriously. There is also footage elsewhere of him singing happy birthday to his dog, and talking to him on the phone while the dog is at the vet.

And here are some obligatory John/Scott music vids/slide shows, to John's recordings, no less:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHmfqU-ieoc
The first one is particularly nice. They brought the dogs to their civil union! John's wearing a kilt! The second has some cute ComiCon pics, though.
EDIT AGAIN: The beginning of this interview with Dawn French is hysterical, as it deals entirely with her fascination with his bottom and what "keeps it so peachy;" that segment of the conversation ends with her getting pregnant by osmosis... ;oP

And the beginning of this segment with Charlotte Church deals with his on-again off-again Scottish accent, and how it really freaks his partner out...except at night, in the dark, apparently. Yup. Yup yup yup. Just the first minute of this one. Really does need to be seen, though.

I have to say, Scott really is a cutie. Lucky John. And of course John's no slouch, particularly when in glasses. ;oP And I think they're trying to have a kid. Yay.
So, just yay all round. I have to go try and be useful now, though.
